A direct replacement for the standard part, Direnza radiators feature twin-core technology for optimised cooling capability. Constructed from aircraft grade aluminium (a material well-known for its excellent thermal conductivity), our radiators are the perfect addition to any car, including those driven hard on track. Designed and developed in-house by Direnza engineers, our radiators provide as much as 40% additional cooling capacity compared with standard radiator systems, their robust yet intricate design, and exceptional cooling performance a testament to our R&D processes. Direnza radiators are TIG-welded for additional strength and durability. TIG welding also provides a more precise finish than MIG welding, and reduces stress on the material at hand. Our radiators will enhance the appearance of any engine bay.

Provided a performance increase +17.6hp & 31.2nm on our test car Carefully crafted using state of the art 3D CAD and CFD modelling Black coating improves heat dissipation properties Replacement for the original 'twin intercooler' setup Fully TIG welded for maximum strength and durability MVT technology designed by Direnza offers greater intercooler efficiency in comparison to other aftermarket alternatives. This is achieved through the use of carefully placed vanes in the end tank which evenly distribute air across the entire core. Ensuring the full surface area of the intercooler core is optimised to cool your charged air, resulting in more power. Test car: Abarth 595 Competizione 184.6hp /279.7nm Put through its paces on a state-of-the-art Maha MSR 500 Dyno, our Multi Vane Technology Intercooler for the Abarth 500 produced some highly impressive results. After installing our revolutionary MVT Intercooler, engine performance improved significantly. With the Abarth now producing 202.2hp & 310.9nm of torque, that’s an increase of +17.6hp & 31.2nm of torque! What’s more impressive is the cooling power of MVT. Using sophisticated data logging software, we measured stock intake temperatures at 44°c. With MVT, intake temperatures dropped by more than 38% down to 27°c. As a result, providing huge tuning potential and greater reliability when combined with a remap & supporting modifications. The perfect addition to any track or modified road car! We also went one step further by placing temperature probes into the inlet and outlet of the Intercooler. This allows us to accurately compare the difference in temperatures as the charged air passes though the core. Data for the stock intercooler showed us charged air temperatures dropped from 209.4°c(inlet) to 63.8°c(outlet). However, this figure was reduced down to 29.3°c(outlet) that's a 54% drop thanks to the efficiency of our MVT Intercooler. Providing an overall temperature drop of 180.1°c.
