If the lamp is not received back in ‘As new’ condition we will not be able to accept it. In the unlikely event your lamp should fail within this period we will happily replace it with a new one. Whether it’s a compatible or a genuine lamp you require, we can help.

Changing the lamp is as simple as removing the lamp cover on the projector, unscrewing a few small screws, pulling out the old lamp, and slotting the new lamp in its place. If the lamp is not received back in ‘as new’ condition we will not be able to accept it.
