It has only being used a few months as we went back using our boiler manufacturer original thermostat. in great condition, some light wear on the plastic of the hub and receiver. the thermostat still has original screen cover. doesn't come with original box and papers, but installation can be done easily via the app , scanning qr codes. also manual available online let me know if you need further information
