Hornby Ringfield motor CD upgrade kit for Hornby Ringfield motor locomotives. Upgrade kits for Hornby model trains fitted with 3 pole Ringfield Motors (circa 80s-90). Hornby TTS decoders - The kits will be fine with Hornby TTS decoders for diesel locomotives where the decoders has the CVs to adjust the motor notch (CVs 210, 211, 212 and 214) however these kits do not work with Hornby TTS sound decoders for steam locomotives, as the chuff rate and the speed of the loco cannot be matched.
