Victorian era French ruby red hand blown and hand painted gold glaze rustic Claret carafe with pontil showing ground off.. Not chipped or damaged.. The glaze is not damaged in any way either and is entirely permanent and presumably 22ct gold mixed leaf with clear glass powder and blast fired for permanence.. Original stopper also in immaculate condition with no chips.. Very nice and original piece.
