I bought this book at the launch event in the Curzon Cinema, Sloane Square, London in 2012 (David held a Q&A afterwards). It is signed by David & is the first edition as shown in the photos. Published by Cannongate in 2012. I bought this on the night it was launched. It has been in storage since 2014 - there’s a slight mark on the front cover & it has been a bit dusty from being boxed up. I’ve tried to photograph this as best I can. The pages themselves are fine & there is no damage to the book - just an unfortunate mark on the front cover.
