Working with 2 problems. 1 the screens brightness down and volume down keys have a mind of their own, you can stop them by pressing volume up or brightness up and holding your finger on the key. This happens only now and again. 2 the storage is nearly full, I have downloaded all windows 10 updates and there is only 700mb space left. The laptop will be fine for going on youtube or ebay but not very good storing files on. Battery lasts over 3 hours and genuine hp charger included (not pictured). VAT receipt will be posted.
