The Lindy HDMI 10.2G EDID Emulator Adapter is designed for systems that require EDID signals to be continuously provided without interruption and helps overcome EDID related problems which can occur when using AV KVM extenders, switches and splitters. It can also be used in place of a monitor to keep the graphics card of a PC or server awake for remote access via IP. With support for resolutions up to 2160p including the ability to pass through HDCP content, the Emulator is suitable for use with a wide variety of PC and AV applications. When used with the Lindy HDMI VGA DVI EDID Recorder (32120) this compact device can provide cloned EDID information to your graphics card. It is also possible to use the Emulator without cloning a display as it comes complete with preset EDID data for the most commonly used resolution timing combinations, please see the Technical Information section for a full breakdown. By combining this receiver unit with a compatible Lindy HDBaseT transmitter (i.e 38341), this solution ensures reliable transmission up to 100m.
