Phone is locked to iCloud. It’s my step son’s old phone. I have removed the initial passcode but as he was 8 years old when he got this; he no longer knows the iCloud password or email. I have removed the photos and messages , only some contacts left but they’re mostly dead numbers. Phone itself is in okay condition but the bottom inch of the screen is temperamental.
