Extremely Rare 1930s Drivers Watch With JLC Movement Possibly from the French market Case is gold plated with steel caseback, marked Commodore Watch designed to sit on the side of the wrist to be visible while you drove your 1930s car with large steering wheel. This is a bit of a museum piece - examples in JLC solid gold cases go for many thousands - and I can’t see any other examples in third-party cases. Could be a great bargain for a collector or to resell. C. 25mm * 26mm Watch was subject to a full mechanical overhaul in 2026 by Tic Toc man in London (at a cost of over £600.) So is in excellent mechanical order.
