It's called "Santa's High Strung Helper" and features Donald Duck all tangled up in Christmas lights and about to throw one of his famous tantrums. The figure is in nice new condition with tags and the original box is in good condition with some light wear from storage. He stands about 7.5 inches tall and has nice colors.
