This lens needs to be stripped down and cleaned internally with the correct tooling and skill this lens will clean up nicely and projects very large against a wall it is a FAST ULF lens suitable for Wet Plate etc.

A little lighter fluid or rubbing alcohol may help loosen it. Lens has a heavy duty flange with a 70mm thread and I have not been able to remove this. Interesting lens.
