I got this as a part of a larger collection and have not used it. All parts are in oil, no visible damage, no rust. All handles seem to operate perfectly and sit tight, all parts move freely. There is a detachable stop, two bit holders and a few unused bits. If you want I could make more measurements. It seems that this thing is for larger brands of lathes (10mm?) since bits are above 2" center line of normal 8mm lathes.
