no box but includes instructions. There may be the odd minor piece missing but I can't see anything. There are discoloured pieces, the majority of which can be hidden within the build, with the exception of the window frames and the blue minifigure torso. The white ribbed tubes are in good condition. Set will be a bit dusty from display.

Will be carefully shipped as built as seen, by individual floors. Only ever been in my adult town display collection since circa 2010.
