In listing there is: 1 governor 1 red beard captain 1 soldier/captain 2 pirates 1 parot 1 treasure chest with a few translucent studs and a key 1 minifigure display stand Majority of the figures are in very good/excellent shape, no cracks or discolourisation. However, the governor's hat is discoloured and a lot of the black parts are dotted with white bits. The pictures do capture approx 90% of the true state. A pirates head is also partly dented.
