I’ve owned this M2 for 20 years, it was my first Leica and I learnt to shoot film on it. I stopped using it around 10 years ago, when I got my first Digital M, and haven’t shot it since. Now I realise I’m not going to shoot film again, it’s a shame for it to just sit there, so I’m selling it to fund a digital Hasselblad. Obviously as it’s been sitting for a decade, it could probably do with a service, so I’ve priced it with that in mind. I hope whoever gets it next puts it back in action! Camera body only, no lens. The viewfinder is clear and the rangefinder appears to be accurate. Serial No.236349, dates to 1937. Serial No.359332, which dates the lens to 1937. There are scratches on the film pressure plate, presumably from previous attempts at incorrect film loading (see video).
