First edition. Gorgeous poems printed impeccably by Kim Merker on the letterpress. Number 130 of 220 copies printed on a Washington press from 14 point Romanee types. The paper is handmade Windhover from the Barcham Green Mill. A collection of poems by Montale in the original Italian and with English translations by Charles Wright. A clean very near fine copy in cloth boards with a printed paper label affixed to the spine. Perfection.
