Used condition. They have a few signs of use like some lightening of colour to the fronts of the legs and high spots on the seams plus some rubbing around the bottom hems etc. There are no holes, plucks, further marks or other more notable issues. They are label size W34", L32". As you can see in the pictures they measure a touch under across the waist while the inseam is pretty much spot on. Please compare those measurements with a similar pair of your own to check fit.
