This cutter set is in nearly new condition. No visible chips in the carbides or other defects. The carbides are still quite thick and I don't believe they were ever even sharpened.

It is used for woodworking opening and processing of round cork. The smoke condition is also normal. If necessary, you can grind the cutting edge yourself to ensure that the cutting edge is sharper!
