A French Louis XVI console or side table with white marble top within raised and pierced brass gallery, slender reeded column supports with gilt brass or ormalu fittings, likely 19th century. Width: 86 cm Depth: 31 cm Height: 76 cm Reproduction example online for £2,000 and this is original 19th Century so extremely well priced. Historical crack to marble, could easily be repaired and blended or left as is. Otherwise very structurally sound given its age. Not without age related imperfections but certainly ready to position.

The table (console) is, as you can see in the photos, with a root wood surface. Due to its size, I can send it worldwide. The table should be made before 1900, you can see this when you take a closer look at it. The drawer is very solid and interlinked in the back. You can see the table that it is very old and it should be. The surface has an age -related crack. But I don't think that's bad. One should also see such ancient pieces that they are not new.
