Mac Pro Keyboard, I believe it's model M7803 - it came with a 2002 iMac G4 (not included here!) As can be seen in the photo, it has yellowed over time and is bit grubby inside the see-through case. All the keys appear to work, though I could not test the 'eject' button as I don't have the accompanying computer any more.
