Camera is in very good condition, all in working order with very minor marks/dust on the exterior of the body. The tape in the lever near the lens is to make sure that the shutter is properly cocked. There are just slight dust in exterior of lens and there seems to be a slight mark in the lens but I don’t think it affects image quality. Camera comes with strap and the lens cap.
