    Date: - 1774. He rose to Vice Admiral before his death in 1786. Captain Patrick Mouat. The chart was drawn, at least in part, by Isaac Smith (1752-1831), a draftsman of considerable skill who worked with Cook in Newfoundland, sailed on the Endeavour and Cooks second voyage, and was related to Cooks wife.
