When fully opened, the map is about 36 7/8" tall and 28 1/2" wide. The paper has tanned throughout the years. The creases are deep, and there is a hole where two of the creases meet, as pictured. The map has some spots and stains on it. This will ship folded on its creases and sandwiched between cardboard.
