I believe this to be a GEC prismatic marching compass. Looking online I think it is WW11 1940s? It was my father’s and he owned it at least 50yrs. It seems in good condition with a bit of wear around the edges. It seems to work but is very slow? There is no thumb ring. Please see all the pictures as they are part of the description.
