This compass is in very good working condition, the release button on ring is working but a little stiff still opening ok. There is no inscriptions on this casing so iam unsure if it was an actual military issue, most of these have makers stamp or crowd foot bench mark it’s definitely the same compass I’ve researched it , see photos for details thanks for viewing
