Hier eine Martin D-28 Satin in absolut neuwertigem Zustand! Bis auf einen am Halsfuß angebrachten Gurtpin hat die Gitarre keinerlei Spielspuren. Die Holzauswahl ist hier besonders hervorzuheben. Boden und Zagen bestehen aus sehr dunklem und gerade gewachsenen ostindischen Palisander.

1988 Martin D-18P in really lovely condition for its age. Nut width is 43mm. Sound-wise, it’s exactly what you’d want from a mahogany Martin — clear, bright and responsive, but still with a warm low end.

This guitar is 18 years old, and shows signs of age-related discoloration on the top. There are scattered scratches and dents on the back of the neck, and a deep dent is particularly noticeable on the 6th string side at the 2nd fret, but this does not affect playability.

It is an OEM part, and was used for 40 years before I carefully removed it in 2012 in favor of a Greven Tor-Tis 'guard. The pickguard is not at all brittle and still has adequate flex to allow a proper professional installation.
