Superb 1970s knitted dress by Mary Quant. Black lurex with balloon sleeves and high roll neck. Sleeves and bodice have an open weave / mesh detail making this super stylish but also sexy. Size on the garment is a medium but I’d say it’s more like a 8-10 today. Measurements taken unstretched, the knit will allow some flex and fit to the body. This dress is an original 1980's original sample when Mary Quant first started making Lycra outerwear in excellent quality fabric. We are 2 miles from exit 25 off the MI. The colours seem to vary between the picture but is sage green.
