Original 90s, highly desired Sampson-era, Matchless HotBox overdrive pedal. I bought it new. Sought after gem from Matchless’ golden year, 1996; wonderful pedal, delivering that thick, pure, tube-driven overdrive and rich, harmonically complex sound (see the YouTube demos). Solid condition, with minimal cosmetic wear to the chrome finish: minor scratches and a small grazed patch on the top-left panel, above the footswitch. Forced into a clear out, so very reluctantly letting it go. If you’ve ever played through one of these you’ll understand… Collection or delivery.
