The MIT520/2 and MIT1020/2 include a selectable breakdown or burn mode and an alarm mode, which allows the operator to preset a specific resistance level. The unit will beep until the limit is exceeded. The controls of the instruments are clear and unambiguous, and a “quick start” guide is included in the lid, eliminating the need to carry manuals to site locations.
