Condition is good used. Includes the 3 pin plug lead and probes. No damage It hasn’t been tested or used for nearly 20 years so a calibration is recommended. It did light up and display some numbers before it tripped my RCD so I’d consider that operational. Includes a case and instructions It is a used 20+ years old tester so it’s condition reflects this but there is no damage.
