Good condition, including manual and case. Ex utility company. I bought this to use when I was doing research for conductivity measurements through foliage/trees. A lovely design, hand-cranked power means that it doesn't need batteries, and this works in multiple modes for 3 or 4 terminal measurements. If you are interested in this sort of things, you can apparently also use this in 4-electrowde mode to determine if there are buried underground features, by varying electrode spacing etc. But, retirement has arrived, and this needs to be cherished by someone else. A good design, in good condition. Only the meter, short leads, case and manual as shown in the photo are included.
