Both MGF and Rover 100 suspension systems are hydrolastic gas suspension and need servicing on a regular basis. Carry out a simple check by doing the three finger span gap under the wheel arch. If you cannot get three fingers in between wheel arch and tyre your suspension needs a pump up.
