New in box, I opened one end, most is still in original shrink-wrap. Looks like it has a standard 1/8" stereo mini plug, although don't know if microphone is stereo or mono. Also includes an adapter with 2 RCA phono-type inputs and a 1/8" stereo mini plug output, and two round microphone holders, one with adhesive to mount and another with a clip to wear.
