my own personal device, I had got an upgrade so decided to sell, I proceeded to delete all data off which was going fine, I boxed everything up and and when to the store to sell while it was deleting all data. I got to the shop, they did a test run and come to find out, the device just started to loop on the installation page!, and its been doing it ever since, I've looked on YouTube to get an idea of what the problem is, it was suggested it may be the battery! I tried to open it hence why there's a crack at the top screen, so I just stopped immediately because clearly I didn't wanna damage it more. So that's what happened to this device. Aside from that, It was working perfectly fine, very well looked after. I've also got the Charger with it.
