The pack does not need to become trapped to cause this damage, which may in some cases result from a very short interruption to rotation.If your microwave oven is small--17 litre or less--or your turntable is less than 25 cm diameter or rotation of the pack is impeded in any way, you should not use that microwave to heat your Hottie in the normal way.
