I have used the two modules from the 5x100 Tag McLaren and I upgraded the capacitors and created these unique yet exceptional monoblocks. The result is a fantastic audiophile sound. If you had a 5x100 tag McLaren (or any Tag McLaren amplifier) and you loved the sound of it, you are going to be surprised how much better it could be. At the last picture you will see the 5x100 Tag McLaren model as it was. Please be aware the amplifier appearing in last picture is not for sale. Pair of Chord mono blocks. They are about 25 years old. they have been used rack mounted. Therefore the rubber feet are missing. I say this as a warning, these will scratch your furniture! They have consecutive serial numbers 96052 and 96053 and are well matched. The outputs are on Canon XLR 2. Adapter cables provided. I have used these for several hours over the weekend. The delay start up relays are working fine and they sounded great.
