A legrand 146 fountain pen by Montblanc. Made from black precious resin with 22K gold plated trim, at the top of the cap is the famous Montblanc emblem. The pens cap is screw on and the pen is a piston filler so will require a ink bottle to fill.

I bought it new and used it occasionally. There are minor scratches due to use. Basically, refills use oil-based ink made by Montblanc, but if you use a universal adapter, you can also use water-based gel ink made in Japan.
