This toaster is to all intents and purposes new but it does have a couple of aesthetic flaws. Basically I ordered the wrong colour toaster but had plugged it in and tried it by the time my wife pointed this out. I was told to return it which I forgot to do and when I did remember it was there I got it out to sell on eBay and dropped a mug on it so there is a small dent and a light scratch which is shown in the photos.
