Not-so-good points: inside of frother, the non-stick surface has been scratched, so there are a few marks. Works perfectly. Would probably not leak at all with genuine Nespresso pods?! Also, the upper cup-tray is missing, but doesn't affect how it works, and only really used for short espresso drinks anyway.
