The U67 SLO has a more open and engaging sound as a result of it's superior original components. I have checked the mic's serial number with Neumann Berlin, it was made in 1992 and has a clean bill of health/history.

The model was introduced in 1980 and this one has a low serial of 1061. Sounds amazing, has a really smooth and neutral tone. This is probably because many modern condenser designs are slightly tilted towards the high frequencies.
