I have actually ran over 1,000 km in these trainers! There is still some bounce left in them and they are comfy. But as you can see, one of the soles especially is very worn. So I wouldn’t do any serious running in these - but they would be a good tester if you have not tried Nike Alphaflys before to see how you get on before buying the real deal.
