Here is a Norbar Model 5 ‘P’ Type Torque Wrench, part No. 13004. This came from a deceased estate of a chap who was described as a tool hoarder and I believe that this along with other tools I bought are unused. This is in great condition with no signs of usage. Comes with the instructions and original calibration certificate. Please study the pictures carefully to help.
