Comes with everything in the photos: both controllers, 256 GB headset, charging cable, glasses spacer, rubber interface cover and the original box. It all works perfectly fine from my testing and have noticed no issues what so ever. the controller and headset have no MAJOR visible marks. some wear you'll notice is the headset strap and controller hand strap is slightly yellowing as can be seen in the images (this can be removed and washed easily).
