Our Quartz-Sand veneer is a reconstituted stone veneer manufactured in Italy from crushed Italian marble dust. Palisandro blue has a beautiful, delicate sky blue colour which becomes much richer when illuminated, it has a lineal pattern featuring whites and creams and flashes of brown. The natural stone top surface is backed with a fabric mesh backing making the sheets light weight, flexible and easy to process. The material is translucent and can be back lit so the same sheets can be used for both back lighting and non back lighting projects. The top surface is a soft semi-smooth finish giving a subtle and tactile natural feel. The sheets are easy to process and can be cut with a Stanley knife/blade.
