Olympus Camedia Wide Extension Lens Pro Wcon-08B Designed for Olympus Camedia digital cameras but can fit any camera with a 62mm filter thread. 0.8 Magnification Comes with box, lens caps and soft pouch (the pouch has become brittle over time and the covering is flaking off in places) It's in great condition, it has a few very faint marks on the lens, but these won't impact the final image.
