Genuine antique. Ostrich feathers with celluloid sticks and guards. Good condition, as far as I can see no damage but please study the photos as I am not an expert. I bought this years ago from someone whose relative was an opera girl in the 1920s. It’s beautiful and is very useable now for an elegant look/ costume party.
