This is in good condition for its age. I don’t see any issues or damage. No cracking in letters. The top of the fanny pack seems to be folded over but looks like it’s supposed to be like that. Once you put it on and put things in it it will regain its shape. Sold as is. Perfect for a Pac-Man or 80s lover. Approx 12 inches across. I do not know the history of this. This is adjustable.
