The hand strap has suffered from the common rubber break down where the coating deteriorates and flakes off in bits. I have cleaned off as much as I can to stop it being a problem, apart from that it is in exceptional condition and passed all of our tests with flying colours. It has been thoroughly tested with a cassette to ensure a reliable performance. It includes charger and mains leads, AV lead, SVHS lead, strap, remote, new sealed cassette, instructions, box and 2 batteries. The batteries have been charge tested and do retain a charge but due to their age we offer no guarantee of their performance or longevity. Please see photos for condition and performance
