In VG clean unmarked condition. There is some wrinkling in the same area of most the pages throughout. I have showed several photos of this. Two pages near front with small tears. Some wear to corners and edges as I have tried to show in photos. Sits square. Solid binding. Price reflects the issues. Never found a copyright date so I'm basically guessing when comparing it to ones that look identical. And it could be 1890's as well.
